At Coos N Babbles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Replacement

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us on Whatsapp / email (details below). Please include an unboxing video showing the missing or defective item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, please contact us on Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ship the replacement item to you. However, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in this case.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for replacement or exchange.
